Welcome to Boxgum Grazing and thank you for considering the direct purchase of our beautiful free-range pastured pork and grass fed beef. When purchasing from us you are buying direct from the farm as we ONLY sell what we produce. This means you can be guaranteed of the provenance of your food, that it has been raised in an ethical manner with an absolute commitment to animal welfare and has been overseen by Claire and Sam during the entire process to ensure it reflects our passion for high quality fresh food.
Access To access our produce we offer several options. If you are interested in buying individual selected cuts the best option is to visit one of the Farmers Markets in Canberra we attend on a regular basis.
- Capital Region Farmers Market every Saturday 8am - 12.00 noon
- Southside Farmers Market every Sunday 8am - 11.30 am
- Young every Thursday orders can be collected
We are happy to service any requests you might have regarding special cuts.
If you are unable to attend one of the markets or would prefer a larger volume the best option is one of our highly affordable beef or pork packs, which you can order simply by filling out the order form online or by phoning us on 02 63846278.
How Often Is It Available
We use local abattoirs at Cowra or Cootamundra to process our pork and beef and a great local butcher in Young, Gary's Gourmet Meats, to cut up the meat into the various cuts before we package it ready for delivery. We process and pack pork and beef on a weekly basis so if you submit an order it can be delivered in a week.
